Treasure & Things Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our pieces are unique, vintage, collectible, or high-value, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Return requests must be made within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery. All returns require prior authorization from Treasure & Things before an item is shipped back.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, certificates, documentation, accessories, and security tags or seals must be included and intact.

Items that have been resized, engraved, customized, altered, special ordered, or identified as final sale are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. High-value returns must be shipped using a trackable method and insured for the full purchase value. Return shipping instructions will be provided with the return authorization.

Returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is approved. Items showing evidence of wear, alteration, damage, missing components, or removal/tampering of a security tag or seal may be refused.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Treasure & Things promptly so we can make it right.

To request a return, contact us before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Treasure & Things reserves the right to verify the identity and condition of gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, hallmarks, serial numbers, and other identifying characteristics before approving any refund.
