Treasure & Things Shipping Policy
We take special care in packaging and shipping every Treasure & Things purchase. Because many of our pieces are unique, vintage, collectible, or high-value, additional security procedures may apply.
Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Certain high-value orders may require additional time for payment, identity, or delivery-address verification before shipment.
Standard Shipping: Standard orders may be shipped using an insured, trackable service. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.
High-Value Purchases: Qualifying purchases of $7,500 or more receive complimentary express shipping within the United States. High-value shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery and may be subject to additional verification before shipment.
Insurance: Where insured shipping is specified, coverage is arranged for the shipment in accordance with the terms and limits of the applicable carrier or third-party insurance provider. Shipping instructions and carrier selection may vary based on the value and destination of the order.
Delivery: Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address. We may contact you to verify shipping information before releasing a high-value order. For security reasons, we reserve the right to restrict delivery to an approved or verified address.
Signature Requirements: Signature or adult signature confirmation may be required. Please ensure that an authorized recipient is available to accept the package.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows signs of tampering, please contact Treasure & Things promptly and retain all packaging and shipping materials while we investigate with the carrier or insurer.
United States Shipping: At launch, Treasure & Things ships within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
